Modern Pilates is literally a modern approach to Pilates based exercise. It is a combination of stability techniques used in physiotherapy and traditional Pilates exercises.

Modern Pilates addresses both the mind and body in its approach to teaching and exercise programming. Classes aim to rebalance the body by improving posture, muscle tone, flexibility and core stability. Stability ball exercises are not only effective but a fun way to shape and tone the whole body. MONDAY – DROP IN
6.30-7.30pm

TUESDAY - INTERMEDIATE
9.30-10.30am

WEDENSDAY – GENTLE PILATES
11.15-12.15am

THURSDAY - INTERMEDIATE
7.00-8.00pm

Cancellation Policy:


Providing a minimum of 24 hours notice is given, all prepaid exercise classes at Redlands can either be refunded or transferred to an alternative date or exercise class of the same price at the customer's request.

If you fail to provide 24 hours notice then refunds and transfers of exercise classes cannot be given.
