Super Seniors
An aerobics class that is an enjoyable and fun way to condition the heart and lungs. As well as functional body conditioning to help strengthen muscles, balance and tone.
Pilates based exercises will be used to strengthen stability and ease stiffness. (GP clearance is advisable)

Cancellation Policy:
Providing a minimum of 24 hours notice is given, all prepaid exercise classes at Redlands can either be refunded or transferred to an alternative date or exercise class of the same price at the customer's request.
If you fail to provide 24 hours notice then refunds and transfers of exercise classes cannot be given.
